The year 2022 is upon us, (yeah, I’m still mentally living in 2020 too) and it’s normally around this time that people turn to social media and boast about their New Year goals or resolutions.
I’ve noticed they normally revolve around food, weight, money and upskilling… essentially trying to be a “better” person.
In the past, I’ve made the same type of goals. This is odd because a) my financial year starts in December and b) I never have money in January to start said goals.
Eager to see whether rejecting the tradition of New Year resolutions was a good thing, I spoke to three experts about why we should create new goals… especially if we want to achieve them.
