What is Paranting?
The goal of Paranting is to cater to people who struggle to resonate with the current roster of glossy lifestyle magazines.
No more unaffordable products. No more London-centric mags. And no more out-of-touch articles.
Who are our readers?
Anyone who feels underrepresented when it comes to the news agenda.
This could include LGBTQ+ community; the working-class; owners of small businesses; Black community; people of colour and disabled people.
What do we stand for?
Paranting is committed to sustainability and protecting the environment as well as paying equal salaries regardless of gender, ethnicity and disability.
In terms of rates, we are currently committed to paying the average fees for writers, editors etc. as laid out by the National Union of Journalists (NUJ).
We follow reporting guidelines from GLAAD, Mind and Rethink mental illness, Beat and others.
Why should you subscribe to Paranting?
We want to make consuming the current affairs agenda healthy again.
We go beyond the headlines to cover topics that parents care about.
And we do it without making you feel bad.
